Nassau County has dismissed this one immediately because their Detective told me nothing here is illegal . Nor should we try to pursue this in any sort of way Not even by contacting the Suffolk County district attorney’s office who daniel Marsigliano works for. Sorry worked for.
Long story short a month later I contacted the Suffolk district attorney‘s office to get an update and I found out Nassau County never once reached out to them or pursued this in any sort of way. Suffolk County suspended and fired him that day And even called me and thanked me for my efforts.
As a parent or an educator or someone who just cares about people, If this happened to someone you knew or one of your kids and that Detective told you there’s nothing he can do about it? It’s not illegal to send these grotesque photos or invite a 13-year-old over for cross dressing? That’s when it’s time to change the laws not just accept it!!!!
