Ralph Champlain (Level 3RSO) ARRESTED AND NOW CHARGED!!
After our disturbing interview with Ralph the other day He has recently been charged w/ Second degree attempted rape, And first agreed dissemination of indecent material to minors!!
Ralph has previously spent 30 years in prison over two different stints and this time hopefully the Justin system doesn’t fail us yet again!!!
