On October 27, 58 year-old Kevin G Foster, a local mechanic who works in Cortland,NY was confronted at the end of his shift  for his disgusting chats with who he believed was a 1/3 year old girl. Even though the grown man was well over 6 foot tall it still took myself and Douglas over 15 minutes to bring him outside for a polite conversation. He then admitted to some of the terrible chats he sent while also admitting to having a number of other illegal material and videos sent to him through various apps our children every day use!!!
